US 90 is the primary conduit for traffic between Live Oak and Lake City. With a daily traffic count of over 11,000 cars per day, the area has attracted new growth such as a Tractor Supply and a Rehabilitation Center and Assisted Living Facility. The site is in close proximity to existing and planned housing communities as well as established businesses.
