The historical productivity of the spring has been exactly the same and has never changed or fluctuated, even through heavy rains or draught.  It is a VERY deep ancient spring that is always 48 degrees and puts out 1.12cfs daily.  Again there are no shares.  The spring is deeded to the owner separately from the land and can be used entirely by the owner & anything to do with this particular spring is 100% owned by the owner.
