The Watershed Business Park Project 1 is a greenfield light industrial site owned by the Port of Skagit. Project 1 is approx. 40.4 acres total, however, the site has undergone a binding site plan approval work is moving forward to provide approx. 30.32 acres of developable land split over eight (8) pad ready lots ranging from ~2.5 - 5 acres in size.


Project 1 is located in the middle of Skagit County, and the Northwest Puget Sound region. The property is located approx. 90 minutes from Seattle, 5 minutes from Highway 20 and Interstate-5, and provides almost immediate access to the Skagit Regional Airport for cargo and general aviation use.
