The Watershed Business Park Project 1 is a greenfield light industrial site owned by the Port of Skagit. Project 1 is approx. 40.4 acres total, however, the site has undergone a binding site plan, which is pending approval, and construction is scheduled to begin May 2026 to provide approx. 30.32 acres of developable land split over eight (8) pad ready lots ranging from 2.5 - 5 acres in size.


Project 1 is located along Peterson Road, in Burlington Washington, and is centered Skagit County, and the Northwest Puget Sound region. The property is located approx. 90 minutes from Seattle, 5 minutes from Highway 20 and Interstate-5, and provides almost immediate access to the Skagit Regional Airport for cargo and general aviation use.
