This site is located on the I-10 interchange at Kolb Road in the rapidly growing southeast area of Tucson, AZ. Kolb Road is the only north/south arterial that crosses Davis Monthan Air Force Base. This site is near a main entrance to La Estancia, the successful and recently sold out 556-acre master-planned community with 2,500 lots. Port of Tucson is 2 miles away and Amazon just built a distribution center 2.5 miles north of Kolb Road, which is currently expanding with a 100,000+ sq. ft. last-mile distribution center. The UofA Science and Tech Park is on the northeast corner of I-10 and Kolb.
