Mainstreet at Coconut Creek is a transformative new mixed use destination coming to Coconut Creek, Florida along Lyons Road at 40th Street strategically positioned in northern Broward County just north of Sample Road and south of Wiles Road. The broader Mainstreet at Coconut Creek development will include approximately 2.5 million square feet of total mixed use space and 1,633 residential units, consisting of apartments, condominiums, villas, and townhomes for rent and sale. More than 50 acres of public parks, plazas, and open space will enhance walkability and encourage extended visits, reinforcing the project’s role as a true town center environment.
 
With a total development budget exceeding $750 million, Mainstreet at Coconut Creek benefits from exceptional visibility and access, supported by traffic counts exceeding 40,000 vehicles per day on Lyons Road and over 60,000 vehicles per day on Sample Road. Construction is scheduled to break ground in mid 2026, with commercial delivery projected for mid to late 2027 and full opening anticipated in late 2027, positioning Mainstreet Retail as one of the most significant new retail opportunities in the market.
