Several shovel ready parcels are available at the Rensselaer Technology Park (RTP) Campus, a unit of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The RTP Campus is designed for technology ventures seeking a unique environment focused on the interface between research, industry and education.

There are 4 parcels at the RTPC Campus available for immediate development via a long term ground lease agreement. The parcel sizes are 3.2 acres (103 Jordan Road), 5 acres (150 Jordan Road), 15.5 acres (103 Stone Clay Road) and 1.75 acres (170 Defreest Drive) Infrastructure to each parcel -- electric, gas, water, sewer and data -- is curbside. The Technology Park Campus is guided by a comprehensive master plan, allowing local project approvals and permitting to be fast-tracked. Larger parcels with no curbside infrastructure are available for larger scale project consideration.
The Rensselaer County Industrial Development Agency and the Town of North Greenbush Industrial Development Agency provide low interest financing and IRB bonds for developments at the Technology Park Campus.
