-Excellent location for retail, medical and commercial uses allowed. Bloomfield Homes has built out Phase 1 & 2 Georgetown at Kings Fort with 125 homes. Phase 3 & 4, 166 lots deliver in May and July 2023. Bloomfield will be building on all the lots.

-In November 2022 we sold 4.18 acres to Myrish Hospitality Group. They are approved for a Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express. This will be the first hotel development in Kings Fort.
