Rockspring acquired this 125+ acre tract for the development of McQueeney Oaks, a mixed-use community in McQueeney, Texas. The project includes two single-family sections (currently under contract), a future multifamily and/or retirement homes, and two retail areas located at the entrance to the development.

A new signalized entrance on FM 725 and the main boulevard, McQueeney Oaks Drive, will provide primary access to the subdivision and the retail sites.
