Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a department of the City of Los Angeles (City), is seeking competitive proposals from qualified entities to lease an off-airport commercial facility located at 9029 Airport Boulevard (Property) at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).  LAWA expects the term of the Lease to be between five and ten years depending on proposed improvements, but LAWA is willing to consider a longer-term if beneficial for LAWA to do so. The property is currently available for occupancy and will be leased in as-is condition.
LAWA does not intend to limit the type of entity that may submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP).  Proposing entities may include individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, or joint ventures. The Proposer, i.e., the submitting entity, should be the legal entity that will execute the Lease.  Such an entity may be newly created for submitting on this opportunity.
