Office For Lease
Montrose Collective is Houston’s creative canvas for fashion, food, fitness and boutique workspace in the heart of the city’s most in-demand neighborhood. Our site is located at Westheimer and Montrose, a main-on-main location, and already is anchored by Uchi, the acclaimed James Beard winning sushi institution and Southside Espresso, one of the city’s foundational coffee shops. We collaborated with acclaimed Austin architecture firm Michael Hsu Office of Architecture to create a platform for chefs, merchants and creative office. There will be six restaurant spaces in the project, along with a collection of small shop boutiques and service/beauty spaces for local and first-to-market brands.
