61 North Logistics Center is a 240,000 square foot distribution warehouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The property is being constructed on an 18.55-acre infill site just north of the U.S. Highway 61 and U.S. Highway 190 intersection. The center offers dual frontage and access from Tom Drive and N. Airway Drive, with excellent connectivity to Interstates 10 and 12. Currently under construction, 61 North will be substantially complete in Q1 2026.
