The Star Building facility sits on approximately 30 acres on Interstate I-35 in Oklahoma City. The facility consist of a combination of land, office and industrial space. The three story office building and adjoining one story office building consist of approximately 73,000 square feet. The industrial space consist of four one story metal industrial buildings containing approximately 242,784 square feet. Approximately 22,000 fenced parking area. The main warehouse has a little over 3% finished office space including private offices, a reception area and conference room and restrooms. The main warehouse is equipped with restrooms, 2 ten-ton cranes, dock-high floors, exterior open truck docks outside, a fenced and lighted yard, outside storage and parking. Ceiling heights range from 20-24 feet in the main warehouse. The Star Manufacturing facility was constructed in phases between 1974 and 1988. The warehouse space at the Star Building is 100% leased. The vacant space is office space in the front office building.
