The gym comfortably accommodates up to 200 people and includes use of the church’s tables and chairs. A large stage provides excellent visibility for services, performances, or events. The space also features an attached, state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with two stoves, two microwaves, a full-size buffet warming server, and a commercial-grade refrigerator—all opening directly into the gym for convenient access. Guests will enjoy upgraded multi-stall restrooms for both men and women, as well as an outdoor pavilion with picnic tables for additional seating or dining space. The property offers ample parking with over 75 spaces, and is handicapped accessible — no stairs required (except for the stage). Flexible space perfect for a variety of uses including religious use, sports and recreation, and special events. Monthly rent of $4,000 is all inclusive. Additional storage may be available.
