Florida Workshop/Warehouse Center consists of 37 workshop/warehouse units. They are all concrete block construction with 16 feet 8 inches ceiling height. There are three shop sizes: 1800 SF (30' x 60'), 3000 SF (50' x 60') and 3600 SF (60' x 60'). All 1800 SF units have two overhead 10' x 12' roll-up doors plus two entry doors, one of each on each end. The 3000 SF units have two 12' x 12' roll-up doors in the front and two entry doors, one in the front and one in the rear.
