BIDDING CLOSING: Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 and will close no earlier than 2:35 PM or 15 minutes immediately following the bidding close for the adjacent 40+/- Acres (Parcel 1). The bidding will remain open until 1 minute has passed without receiving a bid.
Completion of Split: Should the parcels sell to separate Buyers then Seller will complete the split with Godecke Surveying prior to closing.
