The space we have at 80-96 Sherman Street sits within The Robo Hub, one of the leading after-school robotics education programs in the US. The space is well suited to other education-oriented companies or organizations that don't mind co-habitation with The Robo Hub or have off-peak (daytime) business hours. The Robo Hub's peak hours are generally after school and into the evening.
The Robo Hub can further help companies or other educational organizations/service providers with support in obtaining EEC licensing. The Robo Hub will provide full access to its application materials, so new applicants can reduce the time associated with the application process - saving new applicants multiple months. The Robo Hub will share the documentation required to complete a building inspection during the EEC license process. Finally, The Robo Hub can support with recruiting qualified teachers, interview guides, and other hiring steps that education providers must navigate.
As a part of any sublease, co-tenants will have access to the common space including the kitchen, conference rooms, and other learning spaces during non-peak hours.

The RoboHub is active after 3:00 pm and is seeking an operator—such as a school, daycare, medical office, or startup—who may need private space, including conference rooms and offices, between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.
The 7,000 SF space is beautifully appointed, with abundant natural light and heavy timber ceilings. Brickyard Office Park features newly renovated interior spaces, lofts, and skylights that enhance the bright, open atmosphere.
Brickyard Cambridge Office Park is directly across from Mayor Danehy Park, which offers a dog park, playing fields, and walking paths. Mass transit is easily accessible: a five-minute walk to the Concord Avenue Bus Station, a 15-minute walk to Porter Square MBTA, and a 17-minute walk to Alewife MBTA. The property provides economic rents and rare free on-site parking for the area, with an ideal location near Harvard University, restaurants, retail stores, and daily conveniences.
