The space we have at 80-96 Sherman Street sits within The Robo Hub, one of the leading after-school robotics education programs in the US. The Robo Hub will share the documentation required to complete a building inspection during the EEC license process. Finally, The Robo Hub can support with recruiting qualified teachers, interview guides, and other hiring steps that education providers must navigate. 

As a part of any sublease, co-tenants will have access to the common space including the kitchen, conference rooms, and other learning spaces during non-peak hours.
