Originally operated by Simon Property Group, ownership transferred to Washington Prime Group in 2014, and is now managed by The Shoppes at Solana, LLC. The mall has undergone significant transformations, introducing new concepts, revitalizing key areas, and making various improvements, making it a popular destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisurely walks.
