The Waco Hippodrome is a Grand Spanish Colonial establishment located in downtown Waco where old-world allure meets state-of-the-art innovation. Originally built in 1914, this 100+ year old entertainment venue has been recently renovated and currently hosts first-run and classic films, live music and comedy concerts, plays for all ages and so much more. Turner Behringer will continue operating the event venue and movie theaters to increase traffic to the historic building for their tenants.   

The first floor space Suite 110, is a 3,755 square foot restaurant and bar located on the first floor of the Hippodrome. This space features a commercial kitchen and an outdoor seating area. This area has the exclusive right to service theaters 1-3. 

The next space, Suite 210, is a bar and lounge located on the second floor of the historic building.? This space is 1,513 square feet, features a commercial bar, and is conveniently located outside the primary theater.

Next to this space is Suite 220, 2,128 square feet of flex space located on the second floor. This gorgeous space could be used to accommodate a variety of uses and collapsing walls make the size adjustable as well.

The final space, Suite 310, is a rooftop restaurant and bar located on the third floor of the facility. This 2,453 square foot space features a commercial kitchen and outdoor seating.

*These spaces are offered as "Full Service". However, there are caps on expenses. Once caps are reached, each tenant will be charged their pro-rata share of the excess.
