72 E Congress Street was originally constructed in 1897 and is a landmark building in Downtown Tucson.  We are investing $3+ million to breathe new life into this historic property, and we are seeking a creative restauranteur who can share our vision for this iconic project.  The original floor-to-ceiling windows will be restored; the red-brick and lava-rock walls will be exposed; the generous ceiling height will be maintained/highlighted…and all the building’s infrastructure will be completely modernized.
