Please see below for the commercial leasing terms for the available store units:

Base Rent: $45–$65 per square foot, depending on the specific unit and whether parking is required. Terms are negotiable.

Utilities: Each store unit has its own PSE&G and Veolia utility meters, and tenants are responsible for their respective utility costs.

Property Taxes: The tenant’s share of property taxes will be calculated based on the percentage of the total property square footage occupied by the leased unit.

Trash Removal: Each store tenant is responsible for properly placing and curbing their own commercial trash for scheduled collection.

HVAC & Plumbing: The landlord will provide the initial air-conditioned and plumbing systems. The store tenant will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and servicing, including routine and annual cleaning, for the duration of the tenancy.

Insurance: Each tenant is required to obtain and maintain appropriate commercial business and liability insurance throughout the lease term.

Signage: Tenants are responsible for providing and maintaining their own business signage, subject to landlord approval and all applicable municipal requirements
