A former brick structure church building stood on this site. After a fire, the structure was demolished. The owner has completed the asbestos survey, asbestos clearance letter, and paid the water abandonment fee. The basements were removed, and the areas were backfilled, compacted (with select fill), and rough graded to ensure positive drainage. An engineer conducted a geotechnical design, and the soil has been compacted, making it ready for new construction. This work will save the buyer environmental costs. Utilities are available to the site.
