Description of Coworking Space

The Glendale Plaza was the first speculative office building to be built in Glendale since 1990.  It is an institutional quality office tower clad in rich imported and honed limestone.  There is maximum visibility at the corner of Central Avenue and the Ventura (134) Freeway.  The building offers Glendale's easiest ingress and egress, a column free floor design and 40-42 foot bay depths.  Covered parking is available in a garage connected to the tower by a dramatic landscaped courtyard.  A dedicated freight elevator, separate from the tenant and common areas, provides services and loading capabilities from the tenant storage areas in the basement to the 25th floor, and provides direct access to the loading dock on the ground floor.   Three passenger elevators provide service from all garage levels to the courtyard at the West Lobby.  Access control is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
