The Boronda Ranch is a large agricultural holding in a prime area at the northern end of the Salinas Valley consisting of 483 usable acres and two deep aquifer irrigation wells, making this a rare opportunity to acquire prime farm ground with reliable water resources.

The ranch is located to the west of Salinas in the Boronda farming district with frontage on Boronda Rd and Highway 183.  The 483 acres includes a 22-acre building yard with 386 kw solar power system, 6 active groundwater wells, one barn and a couple modular offices. 

The deep aquifer wells were completed in 2018 and 2024, both at a depth of 1,700 feet and improved with 450 hp VFD motors, providing an estimated 4,900 gpm.  The other wells are a mix of active wells, back-up irrigation wells and wells used for dust control. 

Adjacent to the Boronda Ranch is the San Jon Ranch, which is also for sale, and can be acquired separately or together.  The San Jon Ranch has one deep aquifer well and combined, the two ranches would total approximately 667 acres of prime, Salinas Valley farmland, an ideal package for the institutional investor, family office, or large local grower.
