The planned development of the Farmstead on Main is reflective of the community’s interests. This project will create a new River Front community gathering space. The proposed mixed use of space is planned to include a confetti mix of housing, retail, office, hospitality services and shaded outdoor public spaces. The improvements will be centered around shared patio spaces and historic charm. The goal is to offer the public a place to experience local businesses and hospitality.
