( in view of this parcel) and is now leased to UPS for truck trailer parking.  There was a VERY SMALL graveled yard ... about a 1/4 acre with a small office building and two car space garage ( I believe) for 6000 a month on Gowen at Cameo, now leased to a Concrete Business.    Compare those to either of these or in combination and a proposal can be made based off these in view comparable parcels that just now leased.
