Flywheel is housed within the Cabarrus Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Located in historic downtown Concord, local restaurants, shops, and breweries are easily within walking distance. Our space is co-located with Cabarrus Chamber, Small Business Center, Cabarrus Economic Development, and other entrepreneurial resources. We also have a dedicated community of founders, freelancers and hybrid workers. Our turnkey memberships are inclusive of amenities and are flexible, monthly options.
Flywheel is located with the Cabarrus Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Formerly a 1920's bank, the building features a cafe-style main level, a lower level with modern coworking features, and a mezzanine. Natural light is characteristic of the space, as well as professional meeting rooms (including the Bank Vault boardroom). We offer flexible coworking, private offices, and team suites that are all-inclusive of amenities here (including Wi-Fi, printing, coffee/beer, and meeting rooms).
