The Abrams Fixtures buildings were a feather in the cap of Atlanta’s post-war
renaissance, and the historic property is once again playing a role in a type of

a warehouse for shop display fixtures, has been carefully preserved and updated.
Each Abrams Fixtures space incredibly charming, (i.e. original brick, exposed timber
and large factory windows). Harder to see and impossible to recreate: the thrill of
being in a rapidly developing neighborhood.
There’s move-in ready office lofts for small to medium teams, customizable space
for organizations of many sizes, and even a few spaces for dining and retail. Leasing
is underway for 33 residential lofts elsewhere on the site. Vintage charm like this
