The southern 48.3-acre parcel is currently subdivided and platted into nine ±5-acre lots as part of the adjacent Indian Creek Ranch subdivision (Filing No. 1). The northeast 40-acre parcel is not presently subdivided. However, the current owner, Sacred Heart Retreat House, plans to retain a 5-acre portion along the interior driveway that includes the residence and water well and is marketing the remaining 35-acre portion for sale.
