Main Street Commons is a four story building located in the heart of Downtown Bethlehem. The property is approximately a ½ mile from Routes 378 and just minutes from Routes 22. During the early 1990’s, ALT Realty’s sister company, Ashley Development, first ventured into the urban arena undertaking the historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of one of downtown Bethlehem’s marquee properties. The 176 year old building was formerly home to Orr’s Department Store and sat vacant for several years following its closure.
