Suite H is a corner unit located on the North side of the project. It is heavy on office/conference room side and consists of ±2,190sf., while the warehouse component consists of ±1,300sf. The suite has just been fully remodeled with new restrooms (2), new doors, flooring, and window coverings as well.
Tenant improvements may be considered upon financial review of the Tenant. This will allow for the removal or addition of office space. The TI's will be amortized into the currently listed base lease rate, and any long-term capital improvements to the building will be considered as well.
