These sites are located in the emerging market of Alvarado, south of Fort Worth and just south of Burleson along IH-35W. Burleson is near build-out and Alvarado is the next stop south along IH-35W. The sites are on the north side of US-67, just east of IH-35W. US-67 is a major east/west artery extending to both Dallas and Cleburne and points beyond.
