500 Pearl Street is a new $70 million mixed-use project being developed in downtown Buffalo. When completed, the project will include two restaurants, a bar and lounge, a 110-room hotel, six meeting, conference and banquet spaces for 300   400 people, a fitness facility, an indoor pool, the Road Less Traveled Theatre, apartments and Class A office space.  The project will also include a 380-car parking ramp providing convenient, on-site parking.  The project is currently under construction with phased completion of the various uses expected to be completed between July and September of 2018.  Employees will receive a 10% discount at the Building' s restaurants, bars, hotel and Body Blocks, as well as have free access to the pool and fitness area.

Located at the corners of Franklin, Pearl and Tupper Streets, the project will provide its tenants with easy access to the central business district, courts and other government buildings.
