Uniland Development Company and Mountain Development Corporation are transforming the 100 acres that are currently home to the Eastern Hills Mall on Transit Road in Clarence, NY, into Buffalo Niagara's first Town Center. The Eastern Hills Town Center revitalizes an aging, 100-acre shopping complex through the development of new office, medical, residential, shopping, dining, recreational and civic areas to create a truly unique environment. Ideally located on the Clarence/Amherst border between Main Street, Transit Road and Sheridan Drive, the project has the potential to become a new regional destination for both residents and tourists, as nothing on this scale currently exists in Western New York. The concept plan is an illustration of what could fit on our 100-acre site. We are planning about 1,500 apartments, 1 million square feet of office space, a brewery, several restaurants, and a park for outdoor events.
