Alligator Creek Industrial Park has 22,000 square feet of industrial space across four buildings.

Building B has fenced and based yard available for Lease.  The park has additional fenced based yard space from 1/2 to 2.5 acres for Lease.  

Each suite will contain a 400 SF open office area, one restroom and at least two 14'x14' overhead doors.
