The WTRSHD is a 100-year-old redeveloped grain warehouse located along the Petaluma River. The building is within walking distance to the downtown area and has several restaurants and coffee houses in the neighborhood. The back side of our building has a deck along the river where you can watch kayakers training and boats coming in and out of Petaluma daily.
