4200 Ballston Quarter is located directly above the new Ballston Quarter, which recently completed a $300M renovation. The renovated project includes over 90 retailers featuring a curated mix of eateries, restaurants, entertainment options and shops. There is a 32,000 square foot Sport & Health club that is already open inside Ballston Quarter and tenants of 4200 Ballston Quarter can access the health club via the office Building garage connection and elevator without having to go outside.  There is also covered access for tenants to the Ballston metro-rail station. The Ballston Quarter project includes upgrades to the County parking structure and elevators, wider, pedestrian friendly sidewalks, enhanced streetscapes, new public plaza and community spaces as well, as a new pedestrian bridge over Wilson Blvd. that connects the project to the metro-rail station.
