This is the vocational education wing of a high school that was built many years ago and has been kept by the Board of Education in very good condition. Currently used for storage, they are giving it up shortly. It could be used for a variety of purposes from warehousing to actual retail. There is a parking lot adjacent which can be rented in addition to the space itself. The building is covered by one set of meters, so all utilities would be paid for by the owner of the property which is a 501(c)(3) organization who has taken possession of the school and is planning on renting it out to a number of similar type organizations.

The building is actually divided and there may be a way for each of the sectors to be rented individually.
