This abandoned building, the largest in Cincinnati’s Northside community, was a major obstruction to the ongoing revitalization of the neighborhood.
The property was transformed into 110 loft-style apartments, 11,000 sf office/ commercial space and 77 indoor parking spaces. Situated on a landscaped lot, the apartments were quickly leased, and a restaurant opened on the first floor. This not only added jobs to the neighborhood but also created an inviting destination.
