This is one of two second tier commercial sites I have at the NWQ corner of SH-31 & FM 2555 in West Corsicana across from Walmart.    Join McDonalds, Burger King, Dutch Bros., Laynes, Chase Bank, Chipotle, Aspen Dental, Captain D's, Mavis Tire, and Waffle House.   Corsicana is 50 miles SE of Downtown Dallas along IH-45, and is the county seat of Navarro County.  Many major employers are in town with campus facilities and most employees live very local.  There is also a severe housing shortage as the employers have outgrown the residential base.  The city is very development friendly.   West Corsicana is where the project is located and seeing the new growth in town, and a SH-31 bypass improved access for this area.   The newer Walmart is right across the street along with newer apartments. This second tier commercial site has 7.33 acres with two street frontages.   Corsicana allows multi-family development by right in this commercial district.
