With a projected opening of May 17, 2021, this historic adaptive reuse project brings history and present together. Beneath the modern façade, three historic department store buildings that were once staples of the Downtown Norfolk community will be given a new life. The project will be completed in two phases: first, the Ames & Brownley building on Granby Street and in phase two, the Sears buildings along Freemason Street and Monticello Avenue will be completed.
