400 Essjay is an exquisitely designed, 48,000 square foot, three-story steel frame structure with brick curtain wall construction. The building’s lobby and restrooms recently underwent exciting renovations, brightening the interior and giving it a modern, clean look. Entering the building, the atrium landscaping is designed to provide a peaceful atmosphere while directing visitors to the height of the atrium. The walkway leads to the center core, which features an elegant stairway, elevator, electronic tenant directory signage, and mail pick-up area. Additionally, the stairway and elevator offer full access to offices on all three floors.
