This is a turnkey Data Center with modern, heavily redundant power & cooling systems. The lower level contains the dock, receiving, and mechanical spaces for all 4OP. The first floor features the building entrance, training, and meeting rooms, with the second and third floors hosting the Data Center. Electricity is supplied by ComEd and it has three underground supply lines, fed by two different utility grids (only one line is required to support the Data Center). ComEd ATO gear is on site and can automatically switch between three supply lines. It also has three 1,500 KW diesel generators with four UPS systems. The Data Center can operate on generator power for approximately 48 hours. The total generator power is 5,625 KVA, the total generator horsepower is 6,500 HP, the generator fuel tank capacity is 3,000 gallons, and there is one 15,000-gallon fuel tank. Air conditioning is managed by four 900-ton chillers, four cooling towers (only one is required to support the Data Center). There are 14 pumps totaling 320 HP and 14,650 GPM (only two are required to support the Data Center). All pumps have at least one backup and a second back up is provided by two 15,000-gallon chilled water storage tanks. Additional specs and drawings are available upon request.
