This is at the southern end of Bay Road - just north of Quaker Road. The area features not only SUNY Adirondack, but also the Lowe's Home Improvement Center, The Harvest Restaurant, a Stewart's Shop, an Adirondack Trust Company branch office, and the regional IRS office. The Bay Meadows Golf Course is here, as are many senior citizen communities, and a number of medical/dental offices. The land is mostly flat, but with a small area of NYS designated wetland. The site features a number of mature conifers.
Any future use of the property will require approve of a "site plan" by the Planning Board. A small portion of the property has a NYS designated wetland, which may require a permit NYS permit. The seller will contribute to a portion of the cost of a NYS permit.
