3720 S. Western Avenue, is a fully entitled 201-unit affordable housing project in a desirable Los Angeles location. 
The finished building will encompass 89,655 SF of residential space, offering a desirable unit mix of 32 singles and 169 one-bedroom units, plus 1 on-site manager unit.  The 17,965 SF lot will be delivered “Ready-to-Issue” (RTI) with permits for 200 income-restricted housing units and 1 manager’s unit.  Due to the project being entirely low income housing the site will require no parking which will significantly reduce construction costs and accelerating project timelines.
