The warehouse is at dock height and has a 10’ high x 11’ wide overhead door, which works well for shipping and receiving. The main portion of the warehouse is 1,400 square feet and has vaulted ceilings. There is a 600 square-foot area that has between 7’ 4” to 8’ 2” ceiling height broken into four rooms that can be used as offices, storage rooms, tool storage, etc. In addition, there is a catwalk in the warehouse that leads to an upper room that is 720 square feet.

There are three designated parking space and a few overflow parking spaces that are shared with other tenants, so parking is a bit limited. Street parking is not permitted on California Street N.E.; however, there is street parking available approximately one block away.
