Was built in 1966 to be a Holy Trinity Catholic elementary school. The Holy Trinity school was closed in 2007, where it became a few different charter schools from district 11, with the last being Orton Academy. There is an option to have access to the gym, cafeteria, kitchen and three rooms in the basement as well. The main space has a main office with a bathroom and nurse room. There are common bathrooms on both floors, as well as one larger room on the first room that has two bathrooms. This space comes with 8 classrooms along with several storage rooms. It could as easily be used for office space as well as a school. The lights throughout have been converted to LED. The parking lot, roof, and carpeting has been completely redone in the last few years. New heaters in all of the classrooms and new concrete entry is being done in the summer of 2026. The cafeteria was remodeled in June of 2024.
