It is a clean, very bright, quiet professional office space. Currently it is used by Dr. Jay Zute to teach CPR, BLS, and ACLS classes, and her stuff (manikins, AEDs, etc.)is in the office in the wall storage unit. You will be given a vacant possession. It will be a sublease or you can have a direct agreement with the original owner (preferred). You can continue your lease for many more years.There are other offices on the floor. A common waiting area is also available. A common reception room is available too for use outside the office space (common for all the offices on the floor). If needed, you can put partitions to divide the room as per your needs. The office door can be locked with a key. There are other healthcare offices on this floor. The common area has a pantry with a microwave, refrigerator (cannot use the freezer), sink, and seats . However, there is no cooking facility and no coffee/tea machine in the common pantry. Drinking water is from the tap. A staff washroom is available. 2 other washrooms are available for the clients. Lift is available if your client needs it, but they must call you for lift assistance.
