Decatur Meadows Shopping Center is a multi-tenant, multi-building property on the signalized corner of South Decatur Boulevard and Meadows Lane. Nevada Hand’s new development on S Decatur and Alta Blvd will be one of the largest affordable housing communities in the state’s history, with 240 independent senior homes and 240 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments soon to be available. Tru Development announced their project, the Meadows Apartments, is breaking ground for 334 1 and 2 bedroom multi-family units 1 block east of Decatur Meadows Shopping Center. Co-tenants include Opportunity Village Thrift Store, Chandelier Banquet Hall, Cycle Gear, Dollar Tree, Dotty’s and Dutch Bros.
