This is one big 90,000 square foot building broken up into 3 sections with offices in the front, but we can lease however much the tenant would need. So it's plenty tall enough to fit any sort of equipment you need to put in there.  The entire building is insulated, heated and cooled, but is not necessary if you do not need the space to be conditioned. That is optional.   It sits on 20 acres and there's multiple entrances from the side street and the highway. The majority of it is all fenced in and lockable and gravel is already in place.   

Some of the pictures show equipment still in the building, but it's been completely cleaned out. The building is totally empty.
