The prior use of this space was as a church. Owner prefers credit worthy tenancies in the trades or manufacturing. All proposals will be considered. There are no overhead doors or dock space in place. Some uses may require a level of retrofit. Landlord plays in a band and has a music room behind the suite for Monday and Thursday rehearsals.
